Responsible for 100% achievement of sales target assigned through cold call, references, etc. Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, loan process, legal requirements and related matters of the deal flow, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Must manage the leads the company generates from various sources; Web portals, Ads, Digital Campaigns, etc, talk to them over phone and fix maximum number of site visits to the Projects.
