Founded in 2002 by Mr K Subrahmanya Rai, Rai Estates was setup as a land trading firm engaged in commercial land transaction to several companies and MNC’s. It forayed into Residential plotted development in the year 2012 and since then it has competed 9 Mega Residential Plotted development projects in and around Mysuru.
