Sales Executive, Rai Estates

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi, Other local languages would be an added advantage.

  • Two wheeler is compulsory fuel reimbursement will be provided.

  • Interpersonal telecommunication and persuading skills are the most preferred skills.

  • No Experience required , Experience in sales will be a plus.

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any related fields.

Role

This is field sales role & we are looking for aggressive executives who desire to succeed quickly in their careers. Cold call customers understand their requirements and propose a project that suits them the best. Accompanying the customers for site visits, Explaining the features of the projects and help them in decision making Develop a network with customers and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales. Responsible for 100% achievement of sales target assigned through cold call, references, etc. Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, loan process, legal requirements and related matters of the deal flow, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Must manage the leads the company generates from various sources; Web portals, Ads, Digital Campaigns, etc, talk to them over phone and fix maximum number of site visits to the Projects.
