Sales Executive, Rai Estates

Qualifications

  1. Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi, Other local languages would be an added advantage.
  2. Two wheeler is compulsory fuel reimbursement will be provided.
  3. Interpersonal telecommunication and persuading skills are the most preferred skills.
  4. No Experience required , Experience in sales will be a plus.
  5. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any related fields.

  2. Cold call customers understand their requirements and propose a project that suits them the best.
  3. Accompanying the customers for site visits, Explaining the features of the projects and help them in decision making
  4. Develop a network with customers and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.
  5. Responsible for 100% achievement of sales target assigned through cold call, references, etc.
  6. Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, loan process, legal requirements and related matters of the deal flow, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  7. Must manage the leads the company generates from various sources; Web portals, Ads, Digital Campaigns, etc, talk to them over phone and fix maximum number of site visits to the Projects.

Sales Manager, Rai Estates

Qualifications

  4. Minimum Experience of 3 years in Real Estate Field.
  5. Minimum of bachelor’s degree or any suitable degree.

Role

  1. Manage Day to day activities of Sales Executives and monitor the overall sales process.
  2. Conduct initial round of discussion with the clients and explain the project features.
  3. Develop a network with customers and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.
  4. Responsible for 100% achievement of sales target of the team.
  5. Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, loan process, legal requirements and related matters of the deal flow, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  6. Must coordinate daily marketing activities of the firm

Marketing Coordinator

Role

  1. Manage Day to day marketing activities and bridge with sales executives
  2. Handle online listing in real estate portals and coordinate activities
  3. Coordinate activities and schedule site visits behalf of sales executive
  4. Route all jobs internally and to the managing director for approval and manage communication back-and-forth
  5. Track digital marketing activities and analyse the campaign
  6. Maintain customer database in excel

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Excellent organization skills
  4. Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  5. Bachelor’s Degree
  6. Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi, Other local languages would be an added advantage.
